The Monthly Admin Fee is based in part on the internal costs incurred by the for lease administration as well as the ongoing day-to-day operational expenses incurred by the Property Management Company.

1) Security Deposit. (This amount is the same amount as one month's base rent). This is a potentially refundable charge paid by the tenant who fulfills all terms and conditions of the lease agreement. The security deposit is due at lease signing.

Applicant has the right to provide HighPoint Property Management with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in Section 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provided HighPoint Property Management with a PTSR, we are prohibited from a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Application a fee for us to access or use the PTSR.
